Pride weekend!

So close! What activities do we have for you this weekend?

Well let’s kick pride off with a night of dancing, socializing, and gear! We want to do a Cuff Raid. Meet up around 8:30pm. This is one of the busiest weekends of the year. So make sure you show up sooner then later on Friday night. The cuff is known to have a waiting line to get into the bar as the night goes on and more people show up. Usually no line at 8ish.

We are meeting at 2pm Cal Anderson Park on the baseball field for a photo shoot for Jocks and Glitter. we are still looking for puppies to come dressed up for this photo shoot

Right after starting around 2:30/3 we will be leaving Cal Anderson Park to walk around Broadway. They close a good chunk of the street down and turn it into a community street fair. I went last year and it was a lot of fun.

Sunday Sunday Sunday!

The big event is here Pride Parade March
Come join us and show your spirit as we march again in the parade. All the details for this can be found here

As always thank you all for your support we should have a very full fun weekend I know we have people joining us from all around!

Puppy Pride – Join us for the Parade!

It is almost time for pride and we want to give you all the information you need to be a part of the ever popular Puppy Parade contingent. Here is all you need to know to prepare for this Sunday! We hope every puppy and handler in the region can come join us for the parade and show your puppy pride!

Sunday, 28th

Meeting up at 12:00pm

Stepping off to start the parade between 12:30pm and 1:00pm

We are meeting on 6th Ave, between Cherry & James (see the paw print in the map below)

Parade Route will be down Forth Avenue.

What to bring

  • Sunscreen
  • Puppy gear (hoods, paws, tails, etc.)
  • Water to keep hydrated

We will have a truck pulling a trailer. Puppies are welcome to jump in the trailer at the beginning of the parade, though jumping in and out of the trailer while in motion is not allowed. Also, if you have a personal bag to hold your stuff, you can store it in the truck, not the trailer. Remember, however, that storage is only for the parade itself and must be collected immediately at the end of the parade, and you are responsible for the security of your own bag.

After the parade?

There are a variety of activities after the parade is over to see and enjoy! The festival in the Seattle Center is going to be amazing, and what puppy isn’t going to run around in the giant fountain! For more information on the Seattle Pride activities in the Seattle Center go HERE. Also, our friends at the Cuff are going to be having their amazing block party as well, so be sure to check that out HERE.

See you all Sunday!

SEA-PAH Parade Route

Jocks and Glitter

Hi all
I’d like to invite you all out for an event with The Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence and The Quaker Rugby team. Every year they do a Kick Ball game for charity. They have invited SEA-PAH to join and be the puppy cheerleaders. We had a blast last year running around and causing a ruckus, sniffing butts and trying to convince people to donate money. Oh and the players always end up stripping down *fans himself* oh man that’s going to give me the Vapors.

The event is next month but first we are looking for some puppies who want to be in gear and help with the promo photo. We are meeting this Saturday at 2pm at Cal Anderson park on the baseball field for the photo shoot. We are looking for puppies in mask to be with the Sister and Rugby team. Care to join us? Following the photo shoot we will be walking around capital hill for the pride festivities.

If you can’t make the photo shoot no worries the event is on July 25th at 1:30 pm. Come on out and have some fun with us 🙂
