Double Feature Board Meeting

What: SEA-PAH Special Board Meeting followed by a Regular Board Meeting

Where: Doghouse Leather HQ

When: Thursday May 25th, 8:00PM

Who: SEA-PAH Board and Membership

RSVP: Here

Join us for a special board meeting following up on the Bylaws changes meeting held on the first of this month. We will be reviewing the suggested changes to the SEA-PAH bylaws that have been worked on by our bylaws committee (special thanks to the hard working pups, pets, and handlers who have put in the time to help SEA-PAH’s bylaws work better.)

Special Note: Absolutely NO changes will be made to the SEA-PAH bylaws during this meeting. This is an advisory meeting of the SEA-PAH board and Bylaws committee to move the proposed changes to the SEA-PAH membership to vote to accept or reject the suggested changes at a later date.

Following the Special Bylaws Meeting, The SEA-PAH board will convene for a business as usual regular board meeting.

We hope to see you all there.

Camp K-9 is Getting Closer

Hellllllooooo fellow Campers!

Boy gosh, the weather sure is starting to warm up, and with that, I sure can’t wait to get outside! The Camp K9 committee has been working super hard for months now planning out this year’s event, and golly, have we added more goodies than ever before!

First off, I want to let you know that ticket sales will be available June 1st, so make sure you mark that on your calendar. And a little squirrel told me that this year, the first 30 people to register for Camp K9 will receive a free flask with this year’s logo on it! Wowie!

While you’re at it, you are also going to want to start making plans and arrangements to get the time off for Camp! Mark August 24th to August 27th on your calendars, and start making arrangements to come visit the great outdoors of Washington State at the Triangle Recreational Campgrounds, 30 minutes outside of scenic Granite Falls!

Event cost is $60 per person, or $50 with SEAPAH membership! Watch your emails in late May for your discount code. If you are not yet a member, or need to renew your membership, you still have time to make that magic happen!

In addition to the things you saw last year at Camp K9 (moshes, walkies, BBQ, campfires, and all sorts of nighttime fun), this year will be more wild, with more demos and events!

Wait until you see the raffle items we have lined up from our amazing sponsors this year!

We’re bringing back some of our old favorites, like:

• Karaoke
• Swimming
• Nightly Dances and Parties
• Hiking
• Play Parties
• Photo Shoots
• Games
• Cigar Social

And we’re introducing even more things to do throughout the weekend:
• Rope Classes
• Whiskey Social
• Flogging Classes (with floggers to test!)
• Puppy Training Classes

One last thing: this event is a 21+, sex-positive event, and any sort of discrimination based on sexual orientation, gender identity, race, or age will not be tolerated. Clothing is optional at our campgrounds, but dress for that zany Washington summer weather!

Upcoming Event! Leather 101: A Guided Community Discussion

What: Leather 101: A Guided Community Discussion

Where: Calamus Auditorium at Gay City

When: Saturday May 6th, 3pm

Who: Everyone interested in the leather community and Puppy Play’s place in it

RSVP Here

Please join SboL and SEA-PAH for a newcomer-centric discussion of leather culture!

What are the differences and similarities between pup culture and leather boy culture? How do we intersect with greater leather culture? What can collars mean in our different communities? Where did we come from, where are we going, and what’s the best way to get there together?

We’ll intend to cover as much ground as we can in differences and similarities in etiquette, language and expectations in the dungeon, on the mosh mats, at the bar, negotiation and communication styles, as well as the leather history of boys and of pups!

The first two hours will be a guided discussion. The last hour will be a social mixer for you to continue scintillating conversations in small groups and meet new friends!

Add this, and all of our events, to your calendar by going to our Calendar Page and sync our events to your Google Calendar, iCal, or other calendar application
