Pup Asher is hosting a free Tabletop RPG learning night! Have you ever seen games like Dungeons & Dragons and wanted to play, but been too intimidated to learn or struggled to find a group? Well on Saturday, November 25th at 2pm meet up with Asher & other folks at Phoenix Comics and Games to be walked through creating a character for Dungeons & Dragons 5th Edition or Pathfinder 2nd Edition, & then learn to play that character & the game in a short single session adventure!

While you can show up day off, if you plan to go it would be greatly appreciated if you filled out this form letting Asher know what game you’re interested in playing (or teaching!) so that you can be put into a group ahead of time: https://forms.gle/8Cd5Sp5wxVpVwZkf7.

If you are interested in learning, we encourage you to bring a copy of the character sheet of the game you wish to play (D&D character sheets can be found here: https://dnd.wizards.com/resources/character-sheets make sure to print all 4 pages), bring any dice if you own some, & bring a device capable of connecting to the internet. None of these things will be required, though, & extra character sheets to use & dice to borrow will be available. If you’re interested in teaching, we encourage you to bring a copy of the core rules of the game you wish to teach. Copies of games like D&D and Pathfinder may be available, but more obscure games may not be. This event is estimated to last roughly 4hrs as making a character & playing a one-shot takes time.
