DESCRIPTION:The Seattle Pups and Handlers Board of Directors is calling a S
 pecial General Meeting of the membership to review the results from the SE
 A-PAH By-Laws Amendment ballot\, sent out to active members in good standi
 ng as of July 24th\, 2022.  The meeting will take place in person at All
  Pilgrims Christian Church\, 500 Broadway E\, Seattle\, WA 98102. Entrance
  will be on E. Republican. The meeting will also be simultaneously on Zo
 om for those who cannot attend in person. Zoom Meeting details will be sen
 t out to active SEA-PAH members in good standing on the day of the meeting
 .There are seven amendments on the ballot and the results of each ballot w
 ill given one at a time. After each result is read\, we will be opening t
 he floor to discussion by our members for 15 minutes.  The intent of thi
 s meeting is to be open and transparent about the updates to SEA-PAH's by 
 laws\, separate from SEA-PAH's election process. Our hope is this will fos
 ter a stronger understanding of the entire process and encourage greater p
 articipation.Once all agenda items have been addressed then the SEA-PAH Bo
 ard of Directors at their next Board Meeting will ratify the official SEA-
 PAH By-Laws and send the updated version to the State of Washington for fi
 ling.
